Laemmli gel loading buffer (4x)

4ml of 1M Tris-HCl pH 6.8

2g SDS

4ml Bromophenol blue 2%

8ml glyrerol

0.6 ml Beta-mercaptoethanol

 

Mix at RT, heat up to ~ 80 C for 2-5 mins and leave at RT. Storage: RT
