Running Gel (10 ml)

1M Tris ph8.8                  3.75 ml

30% Acryl/Bis 29:1          2.7 (8%)       3 (9%)      3.3 (10%)   3.7 (11%)       4(12%)  ml

20% SDS                          50 ul

H20                                 6.4 (8%)   3.2 (9%)    3 (10%)     2.55 (11%)     2.25 (12%) 

Just before pouring, you should add 50 ul of FRESH APS (Amnoium persulfate) and 5 ul of TEMED.

Stacking gel (10ml)

1M Tris ph6.8                  0.625 ml

30% Acryl/Bis 29:1          0.5 ml

20% SDS                          25 ul

H20                                3.8 ml

Just before pouring, you should add 40 ul of FRESH APS (Amnoium persulfate) and 5 ul of TEMED.
