1M Tris ph8.8                  3.75 ml

40% Acryl/Bis 37.5/1      2 (8%)       2 .25(9%)      2.5 (10%)   2.75 (11%)     3(12%)  ml

20% SDS                           50 ul

H20                                 4.25 (8%)  4(9%)           4.75 (10%)  3.5 (11%)       3.25(12%) 

Just before pouring, you should add 50 ul of FRESH APS (Amnoium persulfate) and 5 ul of TEMED.

Stacking gel (10ml)

1M Tris ph6.8                  0.625 ml

40% Acryl/Bis 37.5/1      0.375 ml

20% SDS                          25 ul

H20                                4 ml

Just before pouring, you should add 40 ul of FRESH APS (Amnoium persulfate) and 5 ul of TEMED.
